A New Chapter Begins

Hiya, welcome to the brand-new Wild & Kind website!

Since starting out in 2017, Wild & Kind have been providing support and creative empowerment for marginalised genders through our ethical embroidery and printing services. Located in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow’s East End, we’ve been providing arts workshops, subsidised access to equipment, skill-building opportunities, and living wage employment.

However, as the economy evolved during the cost of living crisis, so did we. After a strategic reset in 2023, we’ve shifted our focus. Our new goal is to leverage our broad range of skills and the experience we’ve amassed over the last seven years; to provide support to neurodivergent creatives, third-sector workers, and social entrepreneurs of all genders directly, whilst still maintaining a focus on underrepresented groups. We’re moving on from our previous print and embroidery services to concentrate fully on providing targeted support to these individuals and organisations.

The new website marks the beginning of this step into the unknown, and we’re eager to hear your thoughts! We’ve worked hard to create a platform that reflects our new direction and offers valuable resources and opportunities. Please take a moment to explore the site and let us know what you think.

We’d love to hear your feedback. Are there any specific services or resources you’d like to see us offer? Your input is invaluable as we continue to seek how to best support and serve our community in the East end and beyond.

Please leave us a wee comment below to share your thoughts, and thank you for being a part of this journey with us.

Love and big huge kisses,

The Wild & Kind Team
