What can I expect on my first day?
Firstly, thank you for choosing to visit our space!
On your arrival, a friendly face will be there to greet you and show you around. We’ll make sure that you’re all set up and have access to all of our facilities. You will also be given a pack with all the information you’ll need.
Do you have a safe space policy?
Yes! We do not tolerate dicks! You can find our safe space policy here!
Do you have a whistle blowing policy?
Yes, on your arrival you will be given a booklet and it will contain information on who to contact.
If I purchase a subscription, can I get a refund?
If you haven’t used any credit and it’s within the 14-day cooling off period, then you will be entitled to a refund.
I’m a start-up on a low budget. Is there any room for negotiations on subscriptions?
Yes! Please feel free to reach out, we are here to support you and would love to see you reach your goals.
Where does my donation go?
Your lovely donation goes back into our community and goes towards our free peer support workshops which are open to anyone who might be struggling.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel any subscription, we will require 30 days notice, otherwise the payment will roll over to the following month.
Do you have a screen or projector?
Yes, we have a projector and a small smart TV.
Do you have wi-fi?
We have superfast WiFi which is free for all members and visitors to use!
Do you have a private meeting space?
Yes we have a small meeting pod which can seat 4 people!
Do you have a kitchen?
Yes! There is limited space in the fridge but we also have a smaller fridge in the co-working room. You also have access to the hob, oven, microwave and kettle. There is also free tea and coffee and a light lunch is available.
Do you cater to allergies?
Yes, when you apply to use our space online, you will be asked about dietary requirements. However, since it is a community kitchen, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination.
Do you have gender neutral toilets?
We have an accessible gender neutral toilet.
