We use eco-friendly mailing envelope bags made from double-ply strong kraft paper. 

The cost for these is included in our shipping costs.

We have a processing time of 3-5 working days (not including shipping time)

Days 1-3 order prep and stock purchased

Days 6 + customer receives their item

Shipping & Delivery

You are responsible for all returns. UK law states that you must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel the sale. They have another 14 days to return the goods from that date. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Your customer is not by law required to give you a reason for the cancel of a sale. Please ensure that you’re customers are aware to contact you directly in regards to any returns are are provided with the correct address for mailing back their unwanted packages. 

An items is considered lost if it is over 2 weeks late within the UK. We will cover all lost mail, however it’s very rare that we have to We send all mail recorded as standard.

It is your responsibility to update your own privacy policy to ensure that your customers are aware that you will share their delivery address with us for posting purposes. We will never use this information for anything other than the delivery of goods.
